This Refund Policy applies to both communities operated by Quantum Elevate LLC: AI Creator Community (English) and مجتمع الذكاء الإصطناعي AI (Arabic). Both communities are billed under the same Stripe account and are governed by the same policy.
Overview
At Quantum Elevate LLC, we are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our educational content. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for monthly membership subscriptions across both of our communities.
Nature of Digital Products
Both AI Creator Community and مجتمع الذكاء الإصطناعي AI provide digital educational services delivered online through the Skool platform. By purchasing a membership to either community, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to digital course materials, community resources, and educational content.
Except for the limited 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for first-time purchases, all payments are considered final and non-refundable. Because our services are delivered digitally, access to the platform constitutes delivery of the product.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your membership for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase — for either community.
To qualify for a refund under this guarantee:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date
- Refunds may be denied if there is evidence of substantial consumption, downloading, copying, or redistribution of course materials during the refund period
- This applies to first-time purchases only — not renewal charges
- This guarantee applies to both the English and Arabic communities individually — a refund from one community does not apply to the other

2. Monthly Subscription Renewals
After the initial 7-day period, our subscription service operates on the following terms for both communities:
- Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Skool account settings to prevent future charges
- Upon cancellation, you retain access to the community until the end of your current paid billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period
- Each community subscription is managed and billed independently
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, including:
- Technical issues that prevented access to course content for an extended period
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Unauthorized charges resulting from account compromise
- Medical emergencies or other documented extenuating circumstances
To request an exception, contact us within 14 days of the charge in question, including relevant documentation where applicable.

Please include the following in your request:
- Your full name and email address used at registration
- Which community the charge is for (English or Arabic)
- The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for
- The reason for your refund request
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
- Since both communities operate under the same Stripe account (Quantum Elevate LLC), refunds for both are processed through the same payment system
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing a membership to either community, you agree to contact Quantum Elevate LLC first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access to both communities and all associated course materials.
Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may be contested with the payment processor using evidence including account activity, login records, and course access logs, and may result in permanent removal from all Quantum Elevate LLC communities.
7. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access to both communities and their course content, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Temporary outages due to Skool platform maintenance or technical issues do not automatically qualify for refunds unless access was disrupted for an extended and unreasonable period.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. This policy applies uniformly to all communities operated under Quantum Elevate LLC.
