1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and Quantum Elevate LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or joining any of our communities on Skool, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all communities operated by Quantum Elevate LLC, including AI Creator Community (English) and مجتمع الذكاء الإصطناعي AI (Arabic). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

Quantum Elevate LLC operates two online educational subscription communities through the Skool platform:

• AI Creator Community (English) — skool.com/ai-education-8633
• مجتمع الذكاء الإصطناعي AI (Arabic) — skool.com/professional-dog-training-4540

Both communities provide:

• Access to pre-recorded educational video courses on AI content creation
• A private online community hosted on the Skool platform
• Community challenges and feedback sessions
• Direct access to the instructor for questions and guidance

3. Membership & Subscription

Access to either community requires a paid monthly subscription. Both communities are billed under Quantum Elevate LLC's Stripe account.

• Billing: Monthly, charged automatically to your payment method on file via Stripe
• Locked-in Rate: Members who join at a promotional rate retain that rate as long as their membership remains active and uninterrupted
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime through your Skool account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing for new members at any time with prior notice
• Separate Subscriptions: Membership in one community does not grant access to the other. Each community subscription is managed independently

4. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to join either community
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

5. Acceptable Use

By joining either community, you agree to:

• Use the platform for lawful educational purposes only
• Treat other community members with respect and professionalism
• Not share, resell, or distribute course content without written permission
• Not record, copy, or reproduce course materials
• Not engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Not post misleading, defamatory, or illegal content
• Not use the platform to promote competing services without consent
• Not download, copy, screen-record, or distribute course materials for the purpose of creating competing products or services

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, materials, branding, and community resources across both communities are the exclusive property of Quantum Elevate LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view course materials for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission.

7. No Income or Earnings Guarantee

Any examples of skills or career opportunities mentioned are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent typical results. Individual results will vary significantly based on:

• Time and effort invested
• Prior experience and skill level
• Market conditions and demand
• Business acumen and personal initiative
• Many other factors outside our control

Membership in any Quantum Elevate LLC community does not guarantee employment, freelance work, or any specific financial outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum Elevate LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of our services across any of our communities.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership in one or both communities at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the community or Company.

Upon termination, your access to course materials and community features will be revoked immediately. Termination from one community may result in termination from all Quantum Elevate LLC communities at our discretion.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms apply to all communities operated under Quantum Elevate LLC.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Disclaimer & Transparency Clause

No Income Guarantee: Both communities are educational platforms providing skills training and community support. Membership does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, income, or employment. Any reference to skills that may support freelance or creative work reflects general industry use cases — individual results will vary based on skill level, time invested, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.

Educational Purpose Only: All courses, tutorials, and community content across both platforms are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.

Course Values: Stated course values represent estimated retail prices for comparable individual courses in the market and are provided for illustrative purposes only.

Membership: Monthly membership is billed at the rate applicable at the time of joining. You may cancel anytime. Pricing is subject to change for new members. Existing members retain their locked-in rate as described at signup.

15. Refund Policy & Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access to course materials and community resources, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their Skool account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle the member to a refund for any prior payments made.

If a member cancels within seven (7) days of joining either community, they may request cancellation of future billing; however, no refunds will be issued for digital content already accessed.

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree that access to digital courses, downloadable materials, and community content constitutes delivery of the service. For full refund terms, see our Refund Policy.

16. Course Expectations & Satisfaction Disclaimer

Both communities provide educational training and informational resources designed to help members learn AI content creation skills.

We do not guarantee that our courses will meet every individual expectation, learning preference, or personal objective.

Differences in learning outcomes may occur based on factors including prior experience, technical ability, time invested, and personal learning style.

Dissatisfaction with course content, teaching style, or perceived value does not constitute grounds for a refund, as members receive immediate digital access to educational materials upon joining.

17. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Both communities are billed under a single Quantum Elevate LLC Stripe account. If a member initiates a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the member's access to both communities and all course materials.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to contact us first to attempt resolution of any billing concerns before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.
